Artivia Digital uses the information you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible professional engagement.

What you share

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Your company and service interest are optional. Please do not include passwords, confidential files or sensitive personal information.

How your enquiry is handled

Your enquiry is sent by email to Rogier Thissen at Artivia Digital. There is no website database of contact submissions. The message is retained in the email mailbox while handling your enquiry and any resulting professional correspondence. For questions about retention or deletion, contact rogier@artivia.digital.

Hosting and email

The public website is hosted by Combell. Email delivery is configured through Combell’s authenticated mail service. These services process the data needed to host the website and deliver messages. Hosting services may also keep technical access and security logs.

Cookies and protection against abuse

The contact form uses a temporary session cookie to protect submissions. It is marked for browser-session use and is not used for advertising. Short-lived form tokens and submission identifiers help prevent forged or duplicate enquiries.

The server keeps pseudonymous address counters to limit automated submissions. Counter windows expire after 15 minutes and expired entries are removed when the form is next used. These counters contain no enquiry text. Form tokens expire after 30 minutes; duplicate-submission records expire after one hour. The underlying session data is also subject to the hosting provider’s session cleanup.

Analytics and external services

This website does not load analytics, advertising trackers or remote fonts. Its images and fonts are served with the website. The LinkedIn link opens LinkedIn only when you choose to follow it.
